According to FCC information, we can assume BlackBerry Passport will be available before September 12 — the date is when temporary confidential documents on the smartphone become available.
You can see on the image above that External Photos, Internal Photos, and User Manuals on BlackBerry Passport will be available on 12 of September, 2014. So, it seems Passport will be on public already. To assure, we should wait and see.
